When you’re feeling the cold this winter, just remember it was in a good cause, some useless politicians got a holiday.

It’s amazing; this country has come full-circle almost. Back in history, the oppressive aristocracy took the money from the people, left them cold and hungry and spent it all on grandeur and luxury. Then came the changes, which through the years led to a democratic government, welfare state and the wealth that the people generated in their hands.

Now it has begun to regress, fuel bills are going up, house prices are going down and crime is spiralling out of control. At the same time the democratic government is raising taxes and using the criminal justice system as a means to take yet more from the people. Then, as the aristocracy did all those years ago, they spend the money on luxuries while the people go hungry and get cold.
